Aceve accelerates European growth with entry into Benelux through acquisition of Brink Software

STOCKHOLM – 1st of July 2025. Aceve, a leading SaaS provider for the construction and skilled trades industry, is pleased to announce its agreement to acquire Brink Software, a market leader in cost calculation solutions for the Dutch construction sector. The acquisition supports Aceve’s ambition to become the European leader in SaaS solutions for the construction and skilled trades industry. 

This acquisition marks an important milestone for Aceve, establishing its first presence in the Benelux region, a key step in the group’s European growth strategy. With the addition of Ibis software and Deddo, Aceve now operates in eight European markets, further strengthening its position as a leading software partner for the construction and trades industry across the continent. 

Ibis software, is widely regarded as the industry standard for cost estimation in the Dutch construction sector, trusted by the vast majority of the Netherlands’ largest contractors. This strong market presence in the enterprise segment is now complemented by Deddo, a modern, cloud-based solution designed to meet the needs of small and mid-sized construction firms. The scalable product portfolio combined with the current product portfolio opens up new opportunities for Aceve, to deliver value across the full spectrum of the Dutch construction market.

The newly acquired entity will operate as Aceve Netherlands, reflecting its integration into Aceve’s pan-European platform. While the legal and organizational identity transitions to Aceve Netherlands, the well-known product brands, Ibis software and Deddo, will be presented as Powered by Aceve. This approach maintains continuity for existing users while clearly signaling the benefits of being part of a broader European network. 

Customers will continue to work with the same local team and solutions, now supported by Aceve’s broader product portfolio, technical resources, and the ambition to build the leading digital platform for construction professionals across Europe.
