COPENHAGEN – 2nd of October 2025. Aceve, one of Europe’s leading SaaS platforms for the construction and skilled trades industry, is announcing a strategic leadership change to accelerate performance and growth across its Nordic operations.

Effective 1st of October, Thomas Pedersen will join Aceve as Business Unit Leader for Denmark & Norway, and also serve as Managing Director for Denmark. Thomas brings deep experience from the software sector, most recently as Chief Sales Officer at Visma e-conomic, where he played a key role in driving commercial growth and scaling operations.

In his new role, Thomas will lead the Danish and Norwegian business units, with a clear focus on strengthening commercial performance, aligning operations with Aceve’s group strategy, and unlocking long-term growth potential in both markets.

“I’m excited to join Aceve at a time of strong momentum and growth,” says Thomas Pedersen. “This is a company with a clear vision and a strong foundation built on local expertise. I look forward to working with our teams in Denmark and Norway to strengthen our market position and deliver high-impact solutions to the professionals who build and maintain our societies.”

As part of this transition, Eric Sundby, current Managing Director for Norway, will be stepping down following a handover period. Simon Uldall, currently Managing Director for Denmark, will move into a new role as Commercial Director for KlarPris, leading the global commercial strategy and sales execution for one of Aceve’s key cross-portfolio products.

These leadership changes reflect Aceve’s ongoing evolution from a group of strong local businesses into an integrated European platform. By aligning talent and structure with market opportunity, Aceve is doubling down on its commitment to support digital transformation across the construction and service sectors.

With this change, Aceve aims to strengthen collaboration across its Nordic operations and ensure better alignment with the group’s wider strategic goals.

“This is a forward-looking step for our business,” adds Claus Thorsgaard, CEO of Aceve. “Thomas will play a key role in leading our teams and ensuring we are well positioned for future growth in two core markets.”
